Landon Learns About Bullying has been making its way into homes, classrooms, schools, and communities—and I want to see where Landon goes next! 

Landon’s story was created to spark meaningful conversations about bullying, courage, speaking up, and asking trusted adults for help. Now I’m inviting readers, families, educators, and organizations to help me follow Landon’s journey.

Why I Wrote the Book 

My name is Angela M. Odom. I hold many titles, but two I cherish most are Mom and Auntie. As an author, leadership coach, and retired U.S. Army Colonel, I create books and resources that help children navigate real-life situations while giving the adults who care for them practical ways to start important conversations.

I wrote Landon Learns About Bullying because I know how deeply early experiences can shape the way children see themselves and the world around them. Teasing, exclusion, and bullying behavior can chip away at a child’s confidence. But children can learn to recognize what’s happening, speak up for themselves, and know when to turn to a trusted adult for help.

This book is for the child learning to advocate for themselves. It’s for the parent searching for the right words. And it’s for educators, counselors, caregivers, and other trusted adults who want to give children tools they can carry with them long after they finish the last page.
